Olive di Castelvetrano al Vermut
Also known as Nocellara del Bilice, Castelvetrano are widely regarded as the most luxurious olives. Fruitful, flavorful, buttery and yet delicate - these are the quintessential martini olive and are only grown in southern Italy. We only use organic olives sourced from one of the oldest olive groves in the world, soaked in our dry vermouth liqueur to preserve freshness.
